I was delighted with the work that Garda Construction Ltd carried out.
With having a young family I needed to obtain extra space that would work well for us. Terry came round to see us and was able to give us some really good ideas before we got the architect round.
When the job started, he was there every day working and managing the other trades and always let us know what was going on.
With having a young family I was concerned about the mess/dirt that would be created, however Terry kept the disruption to a minimum and finished the job exactly on time. I would not hesitate to use them again

We found Terry very easy to talk to from day 1, he listened to all our requirements, made some recommendations and his final estimate came within our budget.We are absolutely delighted with the results. He kept us informed at every stage of the work.
He had a good team around him and as well as being a hands on builder he was good at project managing the entire build.
No detail was too small to be considered, I recall he protected a Japanese acer from the digger at my request!
